The
Megalithomania conference takes place at the Assembly
Rooms in Glastonbury on 19th & 20th May 2007.This
Year at the 2007Conference, to coincide with the re-launch of his
classic 'Time Stands Still', keynote speaker Keith Critchlow
will be updating his research into the geometry of the “megalithic
artists”. Famous author Robert Temple will
be giving us a glimpse through crystal lenses hiding in the British
and other Museums all over the world, discussing their use in ancient
times, and suggesting they could have been part of the megalithic
surveyors and astronomers tool kit. Cornish researcher Paul
Broadhurst will be focusing on St. George and the mythological
relation to earth energies and the ‘dragon power'. Stuart
Mason of The Antiquarian Society will be giving an introduction
to Astro-Archaeology. Professor Ronald Hutton will
be tracing the stones through an historical time-line. And to coincide
with the republication of his original book "Megalithomania",
John Michell will be looking at the artists, antiquarians
and archaeologists that gave rise to the name of the conference,
forty years after the original earth mysteries renaissance.

FOUNTAIN
INTERNATIONAL This year's main Fountain International weekend takes place in the historic City of Cambridge. To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Fountain a special weekend is planned featuring meditations, healing ceremonies, music, talks, mini-workshops and of course sharing friendship, healing and love.
To celebrate St Michaels Day at a prominent point on the St Michael line we start the weekend with a ceremony at Bartlow Mounds. Meet at Bartlow church (8 miles S.E. of Cambridge near Linton) 6.30pm. Since 1994 the Big Green Gathering has developed in to the main 'green' event in Britain, if not the world. It has showcased future technologies, alternative ways of life and inspired many town folk to adopt a more sustainable lifestyle. But one corner has often been overlooked that was initially established by astrologer Steve Judd - the Earth Energies and Divinatory Arts area. The EEDA area is devoted to understanding the divinatory techniques and megalithic lifestyles of our ancient ancestors who have graced the Earth for millenia. With two main marquees showcasing talks and workshops from dowsing to tree medicine and from astrology to megalithic science, the EEDA area covers many subjects that can often only be found at specialist conferences. The current coordinator Hugh Newman says “World experts in megalithic studies, archeology and geomancy camp alongside popular astrologers, shamanic teachers and druidic bards to create a unique 'Conference in a Field' atmosphere. The two marquees runs side by side for four full days from late morning to late evening with many films and multimedia presentations all powered by solar technology”. Peter Fuller will be joining us this year, and expect a
surprise visit from the old megalithic master himself – John
Michell. It promises to be a fascinating and mind-expanding
event...and this is only one of the areas at the event !!!

2005 saw an authentically designed stone circle built in the top corner of the field which is alighned to star systems and planets and many local sacred sites including Priddy Earth Circles and Stanton Drew stone circle. The designers John Martineau and Shaun Kirwan say “Stone circles help remind people of the complexity and ingenuity of our ancient kin who built these incredible structures, that can predict solar and lunar positions, and energetically enhance the local enviroment”. At this years event expect to see a stone labrinth, a shamanic quarry space and a fully lit-up avenue to the stone circle. The Big Green Gathering takes place at Fernhill Farm, Cheddar,

April - White Resonant Wizard Geoff will give us a glimpse into his forthcoming book, Beyond 2012 - Catastrophe or Ecstasy highlighting the revelations that have come to light over the last two years, including connections with the recent Venus transit. The first part of this Power Point presentation will follow some of the manifestations of the 2012 phenomenon starting in 1500 BC and continuing up until recent times. The second part will demonstrate how we should be discerning in our investigation and looks at clues from crop formations, sacred sites and snake and ladder symbolism, to find one possible line of interpretation as to what might happen at the end of the Mayan 13-baktun cycle in 2012. Includes an animation of the Aztec Sunstone. Since 1982, Geoff Stray has been studying the meaning of the year 2012, and has collected and compared a wide range of visions, prophecies, myths, ideas and theories that were distributed first in a booklet, then on the Diagnosis2012 website, and most recently in a book, "Beyond 2012", due for publication in summer 2004.

He reviews the evidence for extreme ! human antiquity presented in the first part of the lecture, and then asks "What is a human being?" , suggesting we are composed of three things, matter, mind, and spirit.
